You know how music moves emotion, makes us feel good inside and out? Simply, music reaches the soul and stirs it alive. If you haven't felt this yet, you need to listen to different music because your life is worth having good music. Some would say good music is worth having a life. Actually, not fine. It's repulsive, selfish and destructive. During the times of the Roman Empire, there is on record, an incident wherein the musicians refused to play at some state orgy unless they were fed in advance. Faced with the option of death by lions, they got their food instead and then went on to play the gig. This act of defiance led to the principle of 'no pay, no play', the basis of all labor activism to this day. Labor, as a movement, owes a debt of gratitude to those hungry musicians.
Music artists set a precedence then. We can set another again.
Communicate Respect Music does not distinguish a musician's capabilities by the style of music performed. To some, music is a language, a groove or a feel, as to others a period in life, a geographic or political adaptation, a performance crave, a financial venture or just jam sessions. Regardless, the power in talent is in the unfolding.
